Will transportation be provided?

Yes! We’ve arranged complimentary shuttles for all guests to ensure a smooth experience. Shuttles are required to Stonepine Estate, as there is no guest parking available at the venue. Rideshare options are very limited in the area, so please plan accordingly.

Shuttle pickup will be at the Carmel Valley Lodge parking lot at 3:00 PM. Return shuttles will run continuously from Stonepine Estate to Carmel Valley Lodge from 10:00 PM until 1:00 AM.

Staying at the hotel is not required to use the shuttle.

What is the dress code?

Please join us in cocktail attire for our Welcome Party. On our Wedding Day, we kindly request black-tie optional. The wedding will be held outdoors on the grass, so we recommend appropriate footwear and a light layer for the evening.

Can I bring my children or a plus one?

Kindly refer to your invitation to see who is included. Due to limited capacity, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed. While we absolutely adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We hope this gives you the chance to relax, let loose, and enjoy a well-deserved evening out.

How can I RSVP?

You can RSVP through our wedding website via our homepage, the RSVP button in the top right corner/drop-down menu, or by using this link. When you RSVP, you can share your dietary needs or accessibility requests.
